Mudville Post C Auction
(Preview)
Mudville is looking for a full time OF or SS (Estrada will be playing the other one for Mudville this year). Additionally, would be interested in an IF (not 1B) and an OF to be insurance in case I need to have them eat some PAs. Mudville will take unlimited players if need be in the FA auction to fill the ga...

Deadwood/Springfield Blockbuster
(Preview)
Deadwood finally managed to make a deal! In a move sure to put the league on notice, they further increased the teams average age in a swap of pitchers who were ignored in yesterdays C auction. Deadwood welcomes venerable lefty Wade Miley and sends potentially nasty righty Zach Pop to Springfield. Fe...

Austin in the Aftermath
(Preview)
Wow! All 6 of Austin's Cs are gone, all for at least $390K except Kreidler, who's just happy to be wanted. Austin made some bids on young players but only ended up with a couple 30ish "catchers". WTF? Oh well, at least there's a lot of cash to keep us warm at night. Okay, what now? Although I absolutely LOVE...

Deadwood in the C Auction Aftermath
(Preview)
So yeah, lots of stuff happened! I think Kevin killed a guy with a trident! In the end, Deadwood lost 3 Cs, kept 2, added 5 new players and by my calculations made a mighty profit of $30K. This team is at least sort of trying to contend, so there's still some stuff to do. Needs: LH Relief3B vs. RH to complem...

BRK Looking for Lefty Bats
(Preview)
C list looks grim, so I thought I'd see if anybody has some spare parts. Looking for a shortstop, 3B, and a couple of outfielders. No need for future value, just looking for stopgaps. Picks, money, prospects available. I do have two amazing catchers but would need a lot to put Will Smith on the block....

Anyone interested in serving as a proxy for Rome during these auctions? I'm traveling for the first auction, and the second is my son's birthday (he wouldn't love me missing it).

Austin's Overcrowded and So Is the Greyhounds Roster
(Preview)
In case anyone out there is shopping for uncarded players before the 1st trading deadline, I'll throw some names out for consideration. It's mostly guys who I'm not ready to cut, but would exchange for a little cash or a pick to clear roster space. I'm also open to packaging prospects for a young carded...
