Offseason Zombie Fever, Catch It!
(Preview)
The post-championship gap year went pretty much as expected for Surprise, but they might be somewhat more competitive in the sure to be bizarre 2021 season. Of course, that will depend on how well they navigate this treacherous offseason. Available Zombie players include Joey Votto, Amed Rosar...

Draft Order!
(Preview)
For the first time in a while, I didn't have a team in the bottom 5 so I got to actually run the random draw for the first pick this year! Our candidates: ISL (26 wins) MUD (26 wins) DGG (49 wins) MIS (52 wins) DAV (53 wins) Per the rules, it's a weighted draw, so ISL and MUD each had a 9-in-30 chance, DGG had a 6-i...

More Draft Order Drama!
(Preview)
Teams tied in the number of wins switch order every round. Which team gets the higher pick in odd rounds is done by random draw. The results of that are: MUD has a higher pick in odd rounds, ISL in even rounds (which thankfully is consistent with the 1st round draw too) WAS has a higher pick in odd rounds,...

CL Wild Card Game
(Preview)
The CL Wild Card game featured two teams that barely missed out on winning their divisions in the Bali Dawgs (102-60, 4 GB of HAR) and the Terre Haute Explosion (99-63, 3 GB of SHI). Bali featured presumptive CL Cy Young Justin Verlander (21-8, 2.93, 303 Ks) heading a rotation that also included Jake...

Please let me know if anyone has a contact that could step in and take over MIS - obviously doing this at the sta...

Pause Button
(Preview)
Suggestion: I noticed a few posts with trade blocks. Good to have discussions about baseball, but can we pause all transactions until we decide on a structure for next year? Maybe not permit trades until 48 hours after we finalize the rules?

Bali offseason pt. 1, the bankruptcy edition
(Preview)
Bali is broke, so we will be looking for cash mostly in this offseason. However, we have Blackmon who is tradeable, looking for a LF in return. Adrian Houser or Nicky Lopez can be had for a ham sandwich. That's about it for right now.
