Teams tied in the number of wins switch order every round.  Which team gets the higher pick in odd rounds is done by random draw.  The results of that are:

MUD has a higher pick in odd rounds, ISL in even rounds (which thankfully is consistent with the 1st round draw too)

WAS has a higher pick in odd rounds, EGR in even rounds

TER has a higher pick in odd rounds, RDW in even rounds

BAL has a higher pick in odd rounds, SHI in even rounds.
