Only two proposals this year: (1) My minor (I think) proposal regarding how to calculate usage (2) The revised A Player proposal from Keith and Don With respect to the latter, the proposal is the final formula posted in that thread. That was technically posted after the rule proposal deadline, but I cannot see any harm (especially as I have received zero votes to date). Votes are due by Monday the 16th. __________________

The final formula in the thread, which is the one being voted upon, per commissioner ruling above is: (1.2IP + GS + 1.5Sv)/10 + 9*ERA Differential Stars still awarded on 35, 40, 45 point scale. Stars earned in 2004 and 2005 remain unchanged. __________________
