A few months ago people were kicking around the idea of limiting the number of unlimited players you could have on a roster, but I don't remember a consensus ever being reached.
Is that still alive as a rules proposal for this year? Don't really have a preference just be nice to know before we get any further into the offseason. Of course we could always make such rule effective a future year to avoid messing anyone up unfairly.
Truthfully, I have several rule changes I have kicked around in my head. Mostly effecting rosters, little '"a" players and unlimited players. After discussing them some with a friend in the league and getting a not very positive response, and being reminded of how similar rules have regularly been shot down in the recent past, I have decided against proposing them.
Instead, I have joined two other leagues that offer me the kind of roster rules that I was going to propose. So I get my roster preferences met and don't have to mess with the ARBA crowd that wants everything to stay the same. So everyone is happy.
