trading.  I have actually had trade discussions already.  That is the earliest I have ever had something like that.  With that in mind and the fact that Don already fired the first shot, here are Ftw and Hou trade outlooks for the coming offseason.

Ftw has a ton of at bats, especially in the outfield and 3b.  Ausmus will be available and possibly Niekro.  I am looking for starting pitching and a 2b.  Guys on the trade block include Inge, Michaels, Diaz, possibly Cattalanotto.  Of course offers for any player will be listened to as no one is untouchable.

Hou is on the opposite end of the spectrum from Ftw.  I have a ton of pitching, both starting and relief, but very few at bats.  Houston has some veteran starters having decent years; Park, O Hernandez and Ramon Ortiz.  Houston also has some good relief cards.  I am looking to trade for everyday players who are young or just entering their prime.  No aging veterans need apply.  Specificaly looking for 2b and outfielders.  Josh Bard can be had in the right deal, as can Counsell, Saenz and Quinlan.  All are having good years and could help a team competing for the playoffs.
