(4) Limited Active Rosters fails 6-8. Several "no" votes mentioned that they would support the concept with a larger-than-26-man roster so maybe we'll see this one next year.
(5) Using tired pitchers passes 11-2. Ok, so not too much realism.
(6) Free ballpark changes passes 8-5. See comment on #5
(7) Changes to the $10/game won money system thankfully has a clear winner in D No Change. Whoever (ahem) set this up as a 4-way thing really got lucky here as D got 9 votes and no other option got more than 4 (meaning that neither the removal of the $950 cap or the 40 win minimum got a majority of the votes).
(8) Eliminate usage penalties for terrible teams fails 1-13. Sorry Phillip.
