I managed to go over the 35 major league player roster limit, and it looks like Jose Suarez would be the lucky cut.  Unlimited for this Strat season and has a real life job in the bullpen for the Angels in 2024.

He had some success in the past and is relatively young, so if that kind of thing floats your boat, he's yours for some pocket change.
