Rishi is located about 12 parsecs away from Kamino.

Is cloning allowed on Rishi?

Cloning is allowed.  How else would you explain the fact the Maze have 3 stellar full-time shortstops this year?

What is Rishi looking for?

Rishi mainly looks out for Separatists trying to attack the cloning facilities on Kamino.  However, they wouldn't mind getting a 2B, 3B, OF, SP, RP, or CP for the Maze.

What can Rishi provide in return?

Rishi has credits, picks, and prospects available for trade.

Do my Republic credits work in Rishi?

Rishi is part of the Galactic Republic, so yes, your credits will do just fine.
