Heavy rain clouds are forming over Mudville as millions of dollars look to rain down in the ARBA league this offseason.  Expect moderate to heavy flooding in localized areas.  Areas with good starting pitching, shortstops, first basemen, or designated hitters are expected to be the hardest hit.  Some areas likely will experience draft pick sized hail.
