After drafting 2 more relievers today, Surprise doesn't really need the unlimited Carson Fulmer. He has the evil 6.66 ERA and a decent enough card to eat innings with his R2. He seems like the sort of guy who could suddenly break out for the Dodgers, but SUR would deal him for cash or someone moderately interesting.  Please let me know if you want to make a deal.
