The Shiner Greyhounds are excited to announce the return of franchise icon Yadier Molina. He started his career with the team before they became Shiner and played 7 more years for us before regrettably departing in the 2016 C auction. We look forward to seeing him finish his historic career back in Shiner with old friend Adam Wainwright. Oh yeah, I should probably get to the actual trade details.

Shiner sends Bruce Zimmerman, Hirokazu Sawamura, Thomas Hatch, and Tink Hence to Gallatin Valley for Yadier Molina, Miguel Castro, and $100K in Montana "Big Sky Country" quarters.  

We wish those guys good fortune with the Cutthroat. All were acquired just last year and only Hatch was carded, but we thank him for his contributions. 

Shiner still dreams of somehow acquiring a solid SP. LH relief and a good-hitting catcher to complement Molina would also be nice. The phone lines are still open!
