Well, I guess he is still available if the price is right, but you'll have to ask me instead.  Shiner reimburses Springfield's $150K C auction investment to liberate Shin-Soo Choo.  I mean, how could I possibly resist adding a 38 year old OF who has already committed to play in the KBO in 2021?  We're happy to welcome the veteran. He should be a good fit for our bench and perhaps he'll even get a big hit against Springfield at some point.  

On a related note, this makes Ben Gamel even more available for Shiner.  If you're in the market for a LH bat, particularly in the OF, there really are very few available options better than Gamel.  However, I'm content to wait until after the FA auction for his market to develop.
