I am on the executive committee of a great Strat league that is going through a transition. The founder/commissioner has retired. The guy who ran it last year and his son have moved on. And a few others left. However, the remaining owners are keeping it alive because it is such a challenging, fun, and unique league.

Stratville (stratville.com, though we are thinking about migrating to flory.net) was founded in 2009. It is a 24-team, 40-man roster league that uses a very unique contract and salary structure. This structure makes team building much more strategic, as we handle contract lengths, expiring contracts, salary caps, two drafts, etc. Rebuilds and reloads can happen quickly. And trades are fascinating as you must consider cap space along with everything else.
