Washington has the following players available for trade or purchase:

Evan Gattis - 300K to protect, a perfect DH because he can fill in as the back up catcher. He is projected a 4+3e16. Hit 25 HR's with a .736 ops (above the league average of .727) and 496 adjusted pa.

Brad Boxberger - 220K to protect. Closer with 32 saves and a .655 ops vs right handed batters. Has 59 adjusted innings.
