So much for our cheap bench.  Surprise splurges on Chris Young as their shiny new 4th OF, sending $355K of their ill-gotten gains to Cannon Beach...more than doubling their cash balance.

In related news, Surprise is actively shopping several affordable and useful bench players:

1) Geovany Soto - C/1B/3B, 95 APA (minors eligible), crushes LHP and pretty good vs. RHP too

2) Chris Heisey - OF, 171 APA, decent D at all 3 OF positions, low OB but excellent power. 8 BP HR on both sides plays up in the right park.

3) Kelby Tomlinson - 2B/3B/SS/LF, 132 APA, best at 2B, excellent OB, particularly vs. LHP, bonus of mocking Tom about ownership.

Cash offers preferred and it wouldn't take much, but I'm also open to picks and prospects.
