Surprise took advantage of the pre-FLCS holiday to finally make their 1st deal for 2017.  

They acquired CF Lorenzo Cain from KC in exchange for AJ Reed, Harrison Bader, and the SUR #3.  

I really expected Reed to be a key part of the Zombie future, but alas, we're not done with the present yet...or something like that.  I can't just let back and let Tomlinson dominate without opposition.  That would be boring.    

In related news, both Andrew McCutchen and Randal Grichuk really need to find new homes as the SUR OF is overcrowded.  Bring on the fabulous offers!
