It's been too long since the last Surprise transaction, so they made their 20th trade today.  That might be impressive in some years, but only puts them at about half of Bali's total and Crazy Aaron may not be done yet...

Anyway, SUR returns Bali's #1 waiver pick for $40K and Bali's #2 waiver pick.  Fun!
