Hello, it's me again.  Shiner's roster has bloated to 64 players, so they need to clear some space!  Here's who's on the block:

1) David Freese (LAA, 3B, 517 APA) - Clearly the best available.  Would be an excellent 3B/DH vs. LHP or a pretty good everyday option.  Will keep if I don't get a good enough offer, but don't really need him anymore.  Prefer to get a younger player in return.  Doesn't need to be very good this season, but should have some hope for the future.  Pitcher or catcher would be most useful, but will consider any position.  If I like the guy enough, would consider sending cash and/or other expendable players along with Freese.  

The rest of these guys are available for a little cash...

2) Drew Butera (KC, C, UL PA) - Okay, who needs an unlimited catcher?  Very good defensively and very weak with the bat.  Won a championship with the Royals! Inspirational leader/mascot.  

3) Garrett Fulenchek (TB, RHP) - Pitching prospect on E contract

4) Carson Sands (ChC, LHP) - Ditto

5) Jairo Labourt (Det, LHP) - And another one of those

I would also consider moving UL 1B/3B Eric Campbell, particularly if I can't find a new home for Freese.  However, he does have a pretty good OB card.  I would also love to get rid of UL starter Bud Norris and lefty swingman Felix Doubront, but sadly need them for now.
