Okay, so I'm indulging in a bit of hyperbole here.  Anyway, Surprise sends the recently acquired Jordan Pacheco and catching prospect Pedro Severino to Redlake in exchange for veteran OF Chris Denorfia.  

For now, he's cast in the critical role of 5th OF behind McCutchen, Marte, Gonzalez, and Grichuk.  However, he shouldn't buy a house quite yet as I'm always open to improvement opportunities and a 5th OF to hammer LHP might be a better fit...

Surprise is still very much in the market for a utility IF who can be the primary backup at SS.  Some additional utility would be nice, but this is another supporting role that shouldn't see much action.  So who wants to make a deal?
