What's this?  I haven't made a trade since Wednesday?  And we still have over a week before roster cutback are due?  There must be more trade opportunities out there...

Okay, this time I'm going to try shopping around a couple useful veteran part-time players that I added almost a week ago.  I'm content to keep them, but perhaps a contender will value them more than a team that will struggle to score 600 runs this season.  Trading them would probably make that even more difficult, but what the heck.

1) David Dejesus (LH, OF, 300 APA) - Pretty good bat vs. RHP (3rd best on my team in fact) and rated 3(0)e1 in LF.  Shouldn't face LHP.  Has veteran leadership!

2) Munenori Kawasaki (LH, IF, 301 APA) - Good OB vs. LH and RH, but no power.  Best at SS (3e7), but can also play 2B and 3B.  Brings a great attitude to the clubhouse!

In return, SHI would want a player who at least matches their PA and has a decent shot at being worth keeping next season.  I'm pretty flexible on positions.  If I like what you're offering enough, I can sweeten the pot with cash, prospects, and/or unlimited 1B/OF/3B Mike Carp.

I would also like to clear roster space so these prospects are available at discount prices: Orlando Calixte (KC, SS) and Jeimer Candelario (ChC, 3B).  Just make me an offer!

Okay, I'll stop there for now.  Who wants to make a deal?
