I'm still willing to deal Fiers for a guy with 25 starts.  However, I do not have to deal him, I have 163 starts available and plenty of innings. Still, it makes no sense for Colorado to have this guy on its roster - he's a difference maker to a strong team, one of the top 10 starter cards for sure, although limited to 10 starts in the regular season.  Still, that's a start in each playoff series, plus possible relief appearances.

So far, the offers I have gotten have been underwhelming.  Offering me your worst starter who meets that starts threshhold with no sweetener (cash or E players) will be treated rudely.
