Shiner somehow won 80 games in the 1st year of their rebuilding project and it's probably going to get much worse before it gets better. So almost everyone's for sale!
Although picks and prospects are nice, I'm mostly looking for young major league talent with some hope for the future, even if they didn't show it this season.
