SFE finished in the bottom 5 this season, so YOC asked me to conduct the always-thrilling draft lottery.

SFE - 57 wins, 3 chances
BAL - 62 wins, 2 chances
WAD - 66 wins, 1 chance

Following the time-honored and highly scientific tradition, I wrote the team names on little pieces of paper for every chance they had in the lottery. These pieces were then folded and placed in a hat that symbolizes futility, a Houston Astros cap given away at the Juice Box in August of 2013. On to the results!

So SFE jumped up to the top from #3, moving Doug's teams down, and WAD/BAL swapped spots at the end. Feel the excitement!
