Surprise REALLY wanted their 2nd round pick back, so they got together with Bali for yet another deal.  In exchange for their precious #2, SUR sends their #4 and $148K in ill-gotten gains, converted into Thai Baht. 

This may set a dangerous precedent of overpaying to move up a couple rounds, but what the heck, it's only fake money and SUR has 5 picks in the 2nd round now (8 from 38-67).  Throw in Shiner's 5 picks from 47-71 and I'll have quite a run of activity.  So it's really a small price to pay for draft madness!
