I think if a player can go from an B contract to and A bc of his play he should be able to go from an A contract back to a B. I think if a player hits under .200 or has an era above 6.00 than they should go from A to B(plus years played) only if not on a multi year contract or if on last year of multi year contract if you pay the last year plus his new B contract.  But the player will keep any stars from the last couple years.  For example I have Josh Johnson he will be an A1 4x4 next year and had an era over 6.00 so if I pay 400k for last year of contract plus 340k for new contract we will come off his A contract and be a B8. But if he has a good year and gets enough start he will go back to an A contract the following year.

just my thoughts but let me know if you think their should be any changes to this proposal.
