An owner has inquired about paying off an existing A contract to put the player on a C contract.  As we have been allowing that maneuver to put the player on an E contract, I see no reason not to allow the same thing to put the player on a C.  But since, to my recollection, we haven't done this before, I wanted to let everyone know that it's an option.

For clarity, the full remaining A contract *plus* the 125K C salary would be paid, and obviously only the $125K would be refunded (along with 50% of the bid) if another owner picks up the player in the auction.
