As some of you know, for reasons known only to themselves Strat limits the # of pitchers that can be active on a roster to 15.  We have two teams this year that are eligible to carry 16 active pitchers on their rosters (and there will be more when little a players are activated).

As such, the default rosters for these teams will require adjustment before each game - in the absense of different instruction from the manager, the away manager playing games against BRK and WAL should call up Nicasio (BRK) and Milone (WAL) and put the SP of the prior game or the upcoming game into the minors.
