As per usual, I blew right past my own deadline for the rule proposals. Sorry! I believe that we have one formal proposal to adopt the MLB second-wild-card structure to our playoffs. The other proposal that I'm aware of was using the DH either only in one league or on a team-by-team declaration. My thought is to have a two-pronged vote on that one (ie Part 1: Do we limit use of the DH, Part 2: If we do then do we convert one league to no-DH or let each team declare). In any event this would be for the 2014 ARBA Season (ie the one using 2013 MLB stats). Mike or anyone else - want to present that one in a different way? Also, last call for any other rule proposals. Would the player rest be the same, 1 day between the one game wild card playoff and the beginning of the next playoff series? __________________

My thought is that we would indeed have 1 day between the WC game and the LDS and that there would be full rest before the WC game. __________________
