Per the Rules, any SP without a relief rating may get a 1, 2, or 3 relief rating at the owners' election. If anyone wants a relief rating for such a SP and wants to be able to use the SP as a reliever in setting up their CM, you need to let me know the details by 11:59 pm Monday, as I will be sending out the league files for creating the CMs first thing Tuesday.
