No real idea what to do with BRK next year, but do have some gaps:
Options:
Ubaldo Jimenez - regressed this year, could be worth a flyer for someone setting up for an out year.
Zach Britton / Bud Norris - good young starters. Could flip for older but better guys.
Most prospects available - including Belt and Trout, but they'll be very expensive.
Needs -
Catcher - Doumit was great in limited time, but someone with good D and a healthy track record would really be a great addition
Bullpen - I need live arms. Closer ratings a plus!
Starter quality upgrades - I'm fine going into the year with Lee, Jimenez, Carmona, Norris, Britton but only Lee is really playoff caliber.
OK, Did a little more research:
Pitchers:
Carmona & Britton definitely available - I have 191 starts and no bullpen. Help me even that out.
Delgado was great, but so few innings, he's out there for the right offer
Hitters:
Darwin Barney didn't hit great, but won the job and is a young fulltime MIF. He's blocked behind Reyes and Kinsler
Needs wise - anyone able to hit righties would help even out the team.
