This is my first full offseason to control the Roman Umpires, and I plan on making some pretty drastic changes.
As of now, there's no player who isn't available to at least some extent (although a player like Tulo would cost an awful lot).

I should add... I have a TON of needs:
CF, 2b, 3b, C, LHP (starter and reliever)
One more thing... I'll be looking to buy and/or trade for 1st and 2nd round draft picks.
