A motion has been made to vote on Jeff's playoff rule change proposals. As has been pointed out, since the official voting period for rule changes has already passed these are "in-season" proposals which require unanimous approval of those voting to pass.
Thus, I ask for two things:
(1) Jeff, could you (or your designee) please propose official changes (or state that your prior posts on the subjects constitute your official proposals)
(2) If anyone already knows that they will vote against one or more of the proposals, it would probably save time if you would go ahead and state so (with specificity as to which proposal(s) you would vote against). Feel free to post here to that effect anonymously, since votes are not revealed. Of course, if people want to go ahead and have an official vote anyway and see if the poster changes his mind, that's fine too.
I would like to have this done before Christmas if possible.
