Game 1   Garza v. Jackson
In the 2nd inn KC jump out to a 6-0 lead capped of by a grans slam from Pedroia.  there was no more runs tell the top of the 5th when Murphy hit a solo HR.  SUR started to battle back in the bottom of the 6th with 2 outs and runners on 1st and 2nd bay hit a HR to make it 7-3.  KC then hit HRs in the 7th ( Yet again Pedroia) and then in the 8th ( Suzuki). Then scored one more in the 8th with a Bourn single.
KC wins 10-3

Game 2   Millwood v. Nolasco
KC jumps out in the 1st with a 3 run HR by Werth and then another in the 2nd from a sac fly by Rollins.  SUR came back in the bottom of the 2nd with rbi's from Sanchez and Escobar to make it 4-2 KC.  Then in the bottom of the 4th SUR got a 3 run HR from McLouth to make it 4-5 SUR. KC added one in the 5th and SUR answerd back in the bottom of the 6th with a solo HR from Sanchez and one more from an Salazar walk to make it4-7 SUR.  Tolbert came in to pinch hit in the 8th and to everyones surprise hit a 2 run HR to tie the game 7 all back SUR with 2 in the bottom of the 8th to win it 7-9.

Game 3   Wolf v. Arroyo
Werth hit an rbi single in the 1st to make it 0-1.  SUR came back in the top 2nd off a Hinske 2 run HR to make it 2-1.  then KC got an rbi single from inge in the 5th to tie. KC then added one more on a hit and run from 9 hole hitter Rollins and KC won 2-3.

Game 4  Jackson v. Garza
with the bases loaded in the bottom of the 2nd rollins singles in one run and Bourn singles one in as well KC up 0-2.  Adds one more in the 3rd of a LaRoche sac file 0-3 KC.  SUR started with a 2 out rbi single in the 5th and a solo HR from Ganzalez in the 9th but could not add any more.  KC wins 2-3

Game 5  Peavy v. Zambrano
Werth hit a solo HR in the 1st.  Quite tell the 3rd when bay hits a 2run HR for the first runs of the game.  Added another Bay HR in the 6th to go up 3-1.  Then KC added a rbi single in the bottom of the 6th to make it 3-2.  Then Inge hits a sac and scores Ibanez to make it 3-3.  Then with 1 out in the bottom of the 8th Werth get HBP, Schierholtz K's so with 2 outs in the bottom of the 8th LaRoche hits a 2 run HR to take the lead 3-5 and that was all that KC neede.  KC wins 3-5

I will say that Eric got hosed on two calls in game 4.  With 1 out in the 8th and 9th he had runners on and a fly ball was hit to Werth and the nice Strat game that it is said the runners will run without a managers choice to go or not and were thrown out.  So to finish this off I would like anyone that has a nice Strat story to post it to try to make Eric fell a little better.

Like i told Eric I hate nail bitters and in the hitters ball back the had 3 low scoring nail bitters.  It was fun playing against Eric and his good team.
