Starting after the C/FA auction and up to the day before the inverse order draft, members may announce their selections, one-by-one, in the order of the draft. There will be no deadline for any member to announce and no member should feel pressured to announce a selection prior to such date.
There is normally still trading of draft picks taking place during this time frame so I am not sure this rule is practical. I imagine it would also make for a logistics nightmare trying to keep track of picks.
