All -

We have just the one rule proposal this year.  All votes are due by NOON CENTRAL on WEDNESDAY, Nov 11.

The proposal is that the rule to do the first 5 picks in the IOD by weighted lottery apply only to the first round picks.  After the first-round, all picks would be simply in inverse order of finish (provided that the Champion will always pick last).
