Kind of crazy lottery results this year: With 1 out of 16 chances, HOU took the top pick. My condolences to Art, who got totally shafted by the lottery, going from 1st and 3rd pick to 5th and 6th (6 teams were in the lottery due to a tie for 5th-worst record).
WOW Houston finaly wins something.... Well since I have such an outstanding record utilizing the #1 overall pick over the years, I think this year I will offer it up in trade. Houston has a decent minor league system, but has many holes on the major league roster (although fewer than recent years). Houston is looking for a young stud starting pitcher or a stud outfielder.
