Yuniesky Betancourt has found a home!  Yes, he's moving on to become an Iowa Ringneck.  Heading to Surprise are Jonathan Sanchez and a suitcase filled with $100K in unmarked bills. 

Now the last 4 trades made in this league all involve Surprise.  Is everyone else asleep out there?  For those who are awake, I'll note that this deal makes Doug Davis very much expendable.  In return, I would probably be seeking some sort of cash/pick combo, but I'm open to suggestions.  Also, as much as I like Sanchez, his 5 ERA isn't a huge help this season, so he might be available in a deal to upgrade the rotation now.  That's not a huge need though, so I'm quite happy to keep him.
