We have 4 rule proposals this season.  Votes are due by Friday Oct 31 (spooky!).  Please vote by sending me an email or by posting your vote here.  Feel free to post your thoughts and opinions about the proposals if you want.

I have listed short forms of the proposals below.  For a fuller explanation, go to the referenced post where the proposal was made.

Proposal 1:  Double-team owners cannot START the bidding on a player owned by one of their teams.  (http://www.activeboard.com/forum.spark?forumID=67102&p=3&topicID=21399418)

NOTE:  Specify whether you prefer option A (straight order) or option B (excluding teams with less than 40 wins).  Please pick an option even if you are voting NO on Proposal 3.
