As some of you know, I really love Roogie Odor, as do the Surprise fans. His knack for big hits combined with a scrappy/jerky attitude has made him a local hero and inspired delicious hate from our opponents. However, the time has come to at least explore the market for a 22 year old 2nd baseman who hit 3...

The results are in! (1) Using Strat Draft for the IOD PASSES (10 for, 3 against, 1 abstention) (2) Using tired pitchers narrowly FAILS (7 for, 8 against, 1 abstention) (3) Increasing little a pitcher limit PASSES (13 for, 2 against, 1 abstention) Thanks to all who voted!

With the games knotted up at two each the series continued: Game 5: Strasburg was dominant throughout and NMO could not touch him, but the NMO bullpen was almost equal to the task, allowing 1 run in 6 IP. Bottom of the 9th with Uehara closing it out, Machado singled and then Jason Rogers PH and promptl...

KC would be willing to trade Hechavarria, Porcello, Alex Gordon, Jake Barrett with a CL rating. Looking for good young POS players in return and high draft picks.

Now that my 2016 season is over, its time to focus on 2017. We have no plans to blow it up and rebuild, so the Pioneers are looking to retool a bit and compete again next season. We have some holes to fill on the roster and in order to fill those holes (most notably starting pitching, bullpen, CF, SS), the f...

In their 1st ARBA season, the Redwood Pioneers won 97 games and then dispatched Kansas City in 5 games to reach the FLCS. They would face the mighty Surprise Zombies, who won only 128 games and then defeated Rome in a 5-game series. Could Redwood stop Surprises historic run for a 3rd consecutive ARBA...

I have a conflict on the current date caused by travel schedule. the current date 2/18/2017 is during President's Day weekend. Would anyone object to moving the auction back a week, until 2/25/2017? Thanks! Josh

It is with a heavy heart that I must announce that SFE has given the universally-hated Surprise Zombies their next superstar by trading phenom Gleybar Torres (plus, ugh, $69K) to SUR in exchange for this-better-have-just-been-a-down-year Andrew McCutchen. This is just the third trade between...

Shiner and Rome enjoyed yesterday's trade so much that they made another one tonight! This time, Shiner sent the Brad Miller Band to Rome in exchange for veteran hurler Marco Estrada and the Rome #5. In related news, Shiner is seeking a new 1B vs. RHP along with the continued need for a real catcher. ...

Gm 1: Arrieta vs Strasburg Going to get the edited version on all these games....sorry. Warren got screwed several times, WP that scored a runner from 2nd and lots of outfield errors from guys that didn't make many errors during the season. HAR won 4-1 Gm 2: Teheran vs Leake Can't really remember bu...

Camden sends Zach Wheeler and Phil Bickford to Rome for Ian Kinsler.

Rome sends Addison Reed to Surprise for Braden Shipley. With this deal, Rome is heavy on starting pitching, and could be persuaded to move someone like Marco Estrada, meaning players like Danny Espinosa, Ian Kinsler and Marco Estrada are officially on the block.

Bos Sends Colby Lewis to WAS for James Loney.
