As you all know, we have two teams to place - ALG and HOG.
What you may also remember is that Doug has asked for his team (KC) to be moved from the CL to the FL so that he can play games against his dad.
I was hoping to kill both birds with one stone, by proposing as follows:
KC moves from the CL Central to the FL North (taking Petty's former spot).
HOG goes to the CL Central (taking KC's former spot).
ALG goes to the CL South (taking Buda's former spot).
Per the Rules, "realignment must be approved by a simple majority of owners and must not be objected to by any owner having a team in a division that has its composition changed as a result of such realignment."
Thus, any manager in the CL Central, CL South, or FL North can stop this realignment by objecting either on this board or to me privately. Also, both affected and unaffected owners should vote either here or privately to me.
Given the holidays, I am going keep the objection and voting period open until Monday, January 8, unless someone has a convincing reason to do otherwise.
The only objection I have is that the trade I had just completed with Kevin (Brian McCann for Justin Huber) has now gone by the wayside. Damn you Aaron and/or Travis!
I spent my whole offseason gearing up to take High Desert down a notch. Glad we're still in the same division. Watch your plate appearances, big boy. No excuses.
What divisions are my teams in? Ftw/Hou no objections, that is if i was in position to object in the first place. Man the last two days have my head spinning.
