Less than a week after scolding poor Kevin for not planning his life around my original offseason schedule, I am forced to admit that my wife reminded me this weekend that we have a long-scheduled vacation that includes Saturday Feb 17, the scheduled date for the C/FA Auction.
Soooooo, I am proposing that we bump the C/FA Auction and everything that follows back a week. Thus:
2/24: C/FA Auction (night) 2/25: 2nd Trading Period Starts 3/10: Inverse Order Draft (night) 3/16: Roster Cutbacks Due 3/21: Waiver Draft 3/26: 2nd Trading Period Ends 4/2: Rotations and CMs Due
Now, I know that people may have already made other scheduling decisions based on the original dates, so if you are one of those people and the revised dates don't work for you, please let me know ASAP, and I'll try to figure something else out and/or just nominate someone else to run the Auction and I'll miss out.
