Petty has cured most of its deficiencies in middle infield by solidifying the 9th spot in the batting order with a guy who sports an incredible .610 ops.  As a result, it is now looking primarily for pitching, despite having acquired the 7 awesome starts of Fausto Carmona.  Petty has an abundance of catching to offer and would consider quality for quantity trade in SP department, which means Contreras is on the block.
