Ft. Worth sends 2006 waiver pick Matt Diaz to Springfield for veteran 2b Mark Loretta.


FTW infield now set with this acquisition.  Howard 1b, Loretta 2b, Everett/Drew ss, Inge/Bautista 3b.  Outifeld is set with LF to RF; Holliday, Granderson and Kearns.  Catcher is Russell Martin and DH is Cattalanotto vs RH and Willingham vs LH. 


Everyone else is available for trade.  Most of the above guys are 500+ plate appearances, so I have PA's to spare and then some.

Confirmed. 


I now have a Matt Diaz/Ryan Langerhans platoon going, just like the 2006 Braves.  Because clearly the 2006 Braves are the Braves you wish to imitate.
