As promised/threatened, here is my first take at the proposed Offseason Schedule. Let me know asap if there are any comments/questions/problems.
Since having the IOD and C/FA Auction on Saturday nights was a resoundingly popular choice last year, I've set up to do the same this year too. If people want to reopen that hornet's nest and reexamine whether there is a better schedule for those events, I'm fine with doing that also.

10/4: 1st Trading Period Begins 10/9: Rule Proposals Due 10/16: Votes on Rule Proposals Due 12/31: 1st Trading Period Ends 1/1: Dues Due 1/16: Rosters and Salaries Due 1/16: League Officer Vote 2/17: C/FA Auction (night) 2/18: 2nd Trading Period Starts 3/3: Inverse Order Draft (night) 3/9: Roster Cutbacks Due 3/14: Waiver Draft 3/19: 2nd Trading Period Ends 3/26: Rotations and CMs Due
Unlike prior years, I have finally given up on the theory that I can schedule the timing for the playoff series. So, playoff teams, please get those done as soon as you can, by Net Play or face-to-face whenever possible.
