I would like to add italicized line to the following paragraph in the Pitching section under II. Rules of Play:
Pitcher fatigue will be monitored by the game. The current setting for pitcher usage in the game is Use SADV Fatigue Rules. A pitcher must be removed by the manager playing a game at the beginning of the inning after the inning he becomes fatigued; a tired pitcher may be brought into a game, but must be removed at the beginning of the inning following the one in which he enters the game; provided that these restrictions will not be applicable during the Playoffs. However, an unlimited pitcher (whether pitching in a starting or relief role) or a starting pitcher currently pitching a no-hitter is not required to be removed from the game following the inning he becomes fatigued.
My reasoning is two-fold. First, an unlimited pitcher is primarily used to mop up innings or to eat innings as a starter. If the unlimited pitcher struggles they could get knocked out fairly early (perhaps after only a few batters) and even though the team might be behind by 10, this rule as written could force an owner to use a good reliever to eat innings if they run out of unlimited pitchers quickly. Mop up pitchers would rarely be relieved so quickly in a real game (and often would end up being relieved in a blow out by a position player). Second, a starter currently pitching a no-hitter should have the opportunity to finish the no-hitter. This would mirror a real MLB manager's decision. Unfortunately, the game often marks starters unlimited after 8 IP regardless of how they were pitching.
