Rome isn't headed anywhere this season, so a few of our players can be had. Ideal scenario would be a junk for junk deal that gets me some non-atrocious IP (either a starter or a reliever).

At the major league level, Tony Kemp has a ton of PA available and gets on base at a decent clip. Michael Toglia has unlimited PAs. 

At the minor league level, Luke Gold, Carter Holton, Tyler McDonough, Cody Morissette, Eddie Saldivar, Evan White and Tucker Toman are all available to varying degrees. 

I'd borrow Eric's phrase about fabulous offers, but this is more like "let's swap mediocre plyers"
