Here are five cards who've either been injured or just bad in MLB 2023 and therefore could be tradeable.  

Jesse Winker is an L3L hitter- legit good against lefties, 38.7% on base but with practically no power against righties.  Lousy defense- range 5 OF.

Chris Flexen is a competent SP with an R6L split. 

Gio Urshela and Luis Urias are both pretty good right handed infielders who play multiple positions.    

Dylan Coleman R2R reliever with 24% on base, but very little power, vs. both hands.  

Usage is tight for Springfield so I can't trade anyone without getting trash PA or IP back in the deal.
