Although a pair of trades addressed Shiner's biggest needs, they're still in the market for some role players. So I'll post that list in case there are more deals to be made this month. Reasonable contracts are preferred as money is getting tight.
1) Platoon 1B vs. LHP, good glove preferred
2) Part-time LH (or SH) OF vs. RHP
3) Quality LH relief
4) RH relief that dominates RH and is at least decent vs. LH, bonus if can close (have plenty with opposite split)
Trade bait is rather limited at this point, but here's what's left to offer for those role players.
Potential bounce-back cards: Nomar Mazara, Lorenzo Cain (good card but opted out early), Wade Miley, Ty Buttrey, Tim Hill, Marcus Walden
E players: Keone Kela, Jimmy Nelson, Austin Beck, Moises Gomez, Jorge Guzman, Andy Pages, Alejandro Pie, Joey Wentz, Felipe Vazquez?

That's pretty much it for now, although opportunities to significantly upgrade our SP or OF could make others available (e.g., Jorge Polanco, Mauricio Dubon, Starling Marte, Randy Dobnak, Danny Duffy, Wander Suero, Chris Stratton). Or I suppose multiple quality role players might yield one of the more precious assets. So please let me know if you have any trade ideas to discuss.
