The Pioneers have a decent core of players to work with, but have many holes to fill.  We plan on competing next season, so any deals will have that in mind.  We need help at 3B, Catcher, and starting and relief pitching.

We do have some surplus in of the OF, so we're looking to move Ben Gamel and Brian Goodwin.

We also have some pitching that had a rough Covid season but are good bets to rebound, including Chase Anderson, Gio Gonzalez, Trevor Richards, Alex Young, Adam Plutko, and particularly Twins closer Tayler Rogers (who can still close against lefties).

We do have an overload of platoon infielders against lefties, so we won't be keeping all three of Erik Gonzalez, Kyle Farmer, and Jose Osuna.

The team still has faith in youngsters Michael Chavis, Austin Voth, Ryan Helsley, Patrick Sandoval, and Robert Stephenson, but they could be had in the right deal.

Lastly, we are cash poor, so we're looking to build up our finances, so the team is looking to move draft picks after the 1st round.
